Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and red chilli powder for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
  2. Grease the pressure cooker with oil or ghee and add some khada masala. Saute the mixture for a bit at a low flame and add onions to it.
  3. Cook the onions until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add all the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 5 minutes on a high flame. Then add hot water.
  5. Let it pressure-cook for four whistles. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release.
  6. Garnish with a tinge of lime juice and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with plain white rice or bread.
