  1. In a bowl, add and whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, coriander, garlic, paprika, salt, cumin, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Add the fish chunks and coat them well. Cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Soak the wooden skewers in water until the fish marinates.
  2. Preheat the charcoal grill and sew the marinated fish chunks onto the skewers. Grease the grill grate and place the skewers on it. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is nicely done.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges, yogurt sauce and grilled lemon butter zucchini.
