Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Place the pan over medium heat.
  3. Once the pan has heated. Add the sausages and brown them well. Place the pieces on a baking tray.
  4. With a knife make a cross on the bottom of the tomatoes. Then add the tomatoes to the baking tray with the sausages and bake them for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn the oven off and leave them inside to keep warm.
  6. In the same frying pan, melt a tbsp of butter and fry the mushrooms and chicken bacon on high heat for around 7 minutes.
  7. Once they are fried and done, transfer them to the oven with the sausages and tomatoes, so they stay warm.
  8. Add the beans to a saucepan and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously.
  9. In a pan, fry the egg and keep aside.
  10. Toast the bread and evenly spread the butter on the bread.
  11. Arrange all the ingredients on a plate.
  12. Season with salt and pepper
  13. Serve hot. Best enjoyed with tea, coffee, or orange juice. Enjoy!
