  1. Method: Oven Baked
  2. Preheat oven to 350 ℉
  3. In an average-sized bowl, whisk honey, whole grain mustard, dijon, and garlic along with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix the chicken in the marinade and wait for about 20 minutes for the flavours to bloom.
  5. Place the chicken on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Season the chicken evenly with salt, pepper and oregano.
  7. In a nonstick skillet, place the chicken evenly on medium flame and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  8. Once the chicken has turned golden brown, flip the chicken and let the other side cook.
  9. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it in an ovenproof tray.
  10. Bake the chicken for thoroughly. It usually takes about 30-40 minutes.
  11. Check with a fork to see if the chicken is cooked.
