What Is Thai Prawn Curry?

Since the introduction of fine dining, Thai cuisine has been a vital staple of world cuisine. Thai Prawn Curry is a red-coloured curry integral to Thailand’s native cuisine. Often called Kaeng, it is prepared with curry paste, seafood, vegetables or fruit, coconut milk or water, and assorted herbs.

However, authentic Thai curry differs from Thai curry served in India. It involves cooking prawns in thick, red curry paste and is truly a delight for all seafood lovers! If your taste buds are craving a lip-smacking dinner treat, prepare this Thai prawn curry to satisfy your food cravings.
