 Chicken Gilafi Kebab is made with chicken mince mixed with a melange of chopped vegetables and aromatic spices. Gilaf in Urdu means to cover. These Kebabs can be baked and require less oil, hence are apt choices for party platters as well.

Instructions
  1. Hob Method: On a medium cooking flame, heat a non-stick pan.
  2. Spread out the Kababs on the surface of the pan and sear them on both sides for 2 minutes each.
  3. Add 100 ml water to the pack. To get all of the marinade, shake and pour into the pan.
  4. Cover with a lid & cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Flip the Gilafi Seekh Kebabs occasionally to avoid the marinade from sticking to the pan.
  6. Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates and the marinade coats the product evenly.
  7. Oven Method : Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  8. Spread out the kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place them in the oven.
  9. After 2-3 minutes, flip the kebabs and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until brownish-red. Serve hot.
