  1. In a shallow pan, heat oil and melt the butter in it. Add garlic, chilli, paprika and fry for about 1-2 minutes until it starts turning golden. Increase the flame, add the prawns and fry for a few more minutes, stirring constantly, until the prawns are cooked.
  2. Season with lemon juice and coriander and serve hot with chargrilled, crusty bread and a small bowl of rocket leaves salad.
