Instructions
  1. Take a saucepan and add water to it. Bring the water to boil and add the noodles to the pan. Mix well and cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Drain the noodles once done and keep them aside.
  2. Take a pan and heat some oil. Then add the onions, green chillies, ginger and cook until they turn soft. Then add the tomatoes and cook until its rawness is gone. Add turmeric powder, Maggi masala maker and salt. Stir the mixture.
  3. Crack the eggs in a bowl and give them a whisk. Add the eggs to the pan. Take a fork and scramble the eggs. Cook the eggs on a medium flame for a minute or two.
  4. Lastly, add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan and mix all the ingredients. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
