Instructions
  1. Take a blender and then add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves. Blend them into a paste. Then add the minced chicken and blend again. Take out the mixture in a bowl.
  2. Add the spices to the minced chicken paste such as garlic paste, ginger paste, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and green cardamom. Give the ingredients a mix. Then add lemon juice, melted butter and add breadcrumbs. The mixture will have good binding. Now you can make a cylindrical shape and then add the kebabs to the skewer.
  3. Take a grill pan and glaze some butter on it. Take the skewer and roast the kebabs for 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
