Instructions
  1. Take the chicken breast slices in a bowl. Add the red chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder, salt and soy sauce. Break one egg and add the all-purpose flour and cornflour. Mix the slices well and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil for deep-frying. Add the slices and fry until golden brown.
  3. To make the sauce, take a pan and heat oil in it. Then add the dry red chillies and cashews. Sauté until the cashew nuts turn light brown.
  4. Add onion and bell pepper in the pan and toss them with the cashew nuts and red chilli. Then add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute or so.
  5. Now, add the fried chicken to the sauce and mix well. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

To add more aroma to the dish, you can roast the peppercorns and grind them into a powder. Use this powder in the recipe.
