Take a large bowl and add the boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes. Then, grate the boiled eggs in the bowl.
Add the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder, lemon juice and salt. Give the ingredients a mix. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well.
The egg and potato mixture will now have good binding. Take an equal portion and shape them into flat and round patties. Take a pan. Heat some oil in it on medium-high flame. Once it is hot, add the patties and shallow fry until they are golden from both the sides. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
Fry the patties in batches so that they are cooked evenly.
