- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup of Spring Onion chopped
- ½ tbsp Garlic & Ginger chopped
- Green Chillies chopped as required
- 1 cup of Boneless Tuna fish chopped
- 2 to 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- ½ tsp Black Pepper crushed
- Salt to taste
- 10 slices Brown or regular bread
- Butter

- Take a non-stick pan. Heat some olive oil in it. Once it is hot, add the onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger. Add a pinch of salt and sauté them for a few minutes. Then add the chopped fish and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Take the fish mixture off the stove and let it cool down.
- When the fish mixture has cooled off completely, add crushed pepper and mayonnaise to it. Give it a mix.
- Take 2 slices of bread and spread some butter on them. Add 1-2 teaspoon of fish mixture on one of the slices and cover with the other slice. Take a pan and glaze it with some butter. Toast the sandwich on both sides and serve.
