For our fish sandwich, we will be using Licious Yellowfin Tuna (Kera) Small – Cubes. We descale, skin, and debone the tuna before cutting it into medium-sized cubes. These cubes are perfect for pasta or sandwiches like the one we’re about to show you. Our fish is pre-washed in RO purified water, so there’s no need to clean it and it’s fresh. Use it straight out of the pack on arrival and save on prep time.
However, feel free to use any boneless option that you enjoy. The reason we want to use tuna is that it is incredibly flaky and moist, which is perfect for a fish sandwich.
