An ideal breakfast dish or evening snack, this Tuna Fish Sandwich can be made in just 30 minutes. In this recipe, flaky and moist Tuna fish is cooked to perfection, to give you the most delicious sandwich filling. Check out the recipe below.
Take a non-stick pan. Heat some olive oil in it. Once it is hot, add the onions, green chillies, garlic and ginger. Add a pinch of salt and sauté them for a few minutes. Then add the chopped fish and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Take the fish mixture off the stove and let it cool down.
When the fish mixture has cooled off completely, add crushed pepper and mayonnaise to it. Give it a mix.
Take 2 slices of bread and spread some butter on them. Add 1-2 teaspoon of fish mixture on one of the slices and cover with the other slice. Take a pan and glaze it with some butter. Toast the sandwich on both sides and serve.
You can use any other boneless white fish (chopped or fillet) for this recipe.
