Make A Quick and Healthy Fish Sandwich At Home in 30 Minutes

A Fish Sandwich is the perfect quick fix, when you want to eat a healthy meal but don’t have enough time to prepare one. An ideal breakfast dish or evening snack, this Tuna Fish Sandwich can be made in just 30 minutes. In this recipe, flaky and moist Tuna fish is cooked to perfection, to give you the most delicious sandwich filling. Check out the recipe below.

Have you ever considered whipping up a fish sandwich for breakfast or lunch? It’s a different, healthy, and delicious option that is easy to make. It will take you 30 minutes to cook, and you can easily pre-make the filling and store it in the fridge for a couple of days.

For our fish sandwich, we will be using Licious Yellowfin Tuna (Kera) Small – Cubes. We descale, skin, and debone the tuna before cutting it into medium-sized cubes. These cubes are perfect for pasta or sandwiches like the one we’re about to show you. Our fish is pre-washed in RO purified water, so there’s no need to clean it and it’s fresh. Use it straight out of the pack on arrival and save on prep time.

However, feel free to use any boneless option that you enjoy. The reason we want to use tuna is that it is incredibly flaky and moist, which is perfect for a fish sandwich. Be sure to check out our range of fresh fish and seafood. We have wonderful options like crab, prawn, and even squid that would make ideal fillings for sandwiches or wraps.

Variety in Every Bite

When it comes to fish sandwiches, you have a number of easy options. You can fry up some fish fingers, place them between two slices of bread and you’re good to go. Make a salmon patty, throw it on the grill and you’ve got a scrumptious fish burger. The tuna fish sandwich is no different. Let’s take a look.
