Fried fish fillets are an ideal evening snack for teatime with family. Here we share a tasty fried fish fillet recipe that can be prepared in a matter of minutes. It is a simple combination of flour and seasoning. Although this recipe may sound too simple to taste good, the result is straight up lip-smacking. Check out the recipe below.
Take a deep plate and add flour, salt, pepper and paprika to it. Mix the ingredients.
Take the fish fillets and coat them in the flour mixture. Make sure to shake off the excess coating.
Take a heavy-bottomed pan and add oil for frying. Once the oil is smoking, lower the flame to medium and gently place the fillets into it. Fry the fish fillets for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. The fish should be cooked through. Fry the fillet in batches. Add more oil if required after frying the first batch. Serve hot with Ketchup or mint chutney.
Make sure you use the oil that has a high smoking point such as canola oil, corn oil, peanut oil or grapeseed oil.
