Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken cubes into small pieces and keep them aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil, and add half of the chopped onion. Saute the onions until golden and translucent.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chicken cubes.
  4. Stir and cook for about five minutes. Add the yoghurt, and salt and cook the chicken well until tender. Once cooked, remove and keep aside to cool down.
  5. In the same pan, add the shredded spinach and sauté.
  6. Now, with your hand mince the cooled chicken and add the remaining chopped onion, ginger, coriander, green chilli, mint, garam masala powder, ghee, and sautéed spinach.
  7. Mix everything well and form into small tikkis or cutlets and keep aside.
  8. Take oil in a pan, and fry the kebabs on low flame until golden brown on all sides.
  9. Serve hot with mint chutney.
  10. To prepare the hung yoghurt chutney
  11. In a bowl, add the hung yoghurt and whisk well.
  12. Add the chopped mint, cumin powder, green chilli, and cream.
  13. Make a chutney of all the above ingredients and serve it with the kebabs.
