  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken and marinate it with the garam masala, turmeric, chili powder, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt, pepper and olive oil. Ensure the masala mixture is spread evenly. Keep aside for about half an hour to an hour.
  2. In a small bowl, add an egg, a splash of milk and salt and whisk to create an egg wash.
  3. Once the chicken is marinated well, brush your meat with the egg wash and place it in your oven to roast.
  4. Once roasted to a lovely dark brown, squeeze some lemon juice and serve with a side of onion salad.
