In case you haven’t heard, today is WORLD KEBAB DAY, so we’re letting our love of these juicy, succulent and flavourful meaty treats shine through! Don’t worry, the 7 recipes we have for you today are super simple. You won’t have to make kebabs from scratch because each recipe uses our own Ready-to-Cook Kebabs.

HARIYALI MURGH TIKKA TACO

  • Cook the Licious Hariyai Murgh Tikka as instructed. The instructions can be found here.
  • Once cooked, cut into small chunks and mix with chopped coriander, onion, tomato and grated cheese.
  • Next, grab a soft or hard taco shell or a roti and fill it with the mixture. Top it off with more cheese and coriander and your favourite sauce.

CREAMY AFGHANI MURGH SEEKH KEBAB ROLL

  • Cook the Licious Afghani Murgh Seekh Kebabs as instructed. The instructions can be found here.
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoons of butter, 5 tablespoons of ghee and 1/2 a teaspoon of chaat masala. Add in the coked Kebabs and give everything a good mix.
  • Next, take a rumali roti or chapati and add in sliced onions, the kebabs and your choice of sauces or mint chutney.
  • Roll and enjoy!

BUTTER MASALA PURANI DILLI SEEKH KEBAB TRIANGLES

  • In a bowl, add the kebabs, 2 tablespoons of butter, 5 tablespoons of cream and freshly sliced onions. Mix them together well.
  • Next, take a tortilla or roti, add cheese slices, and a kebab, fold into a triangle and pan-roast each triangle for 4-5 minutes until golden and crisp on both sides.
  • Enjoy with your favourite dips and a side of fries.

LUCKNOWI MUTTON GALOUTI SLIDERS

  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a heated pan and toast your bread buns.

  • To make pickled onions, add quartered onions, 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 5 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 cup of water to a jar and give it a good mix. Let this rest in the fridge overnight. You can also add other vegetables like carrots, chillies or beetroot to this pickle.
