Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, chilies, fresh coriander and add them to a mixing bowl. Crush the dry coriander over the chopped veggies and add the keema. Add the ginger, garlic, gram flour (besan) and your dry seasonings to the mixture.
Mix the ingredients to a soft dough and leave it in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
After about 20-30 minutes, add the egg to the mixture, mix well and make small kebabs . Heat oil/butter in a shallow skillet and fry the kebabs for about 7-8 minutes on low to medium heat.
Your kebabs are ready to serve. Enjoy this Ramzan special with naan or a simple chutney.
