This is the reason why all the chicken dishes are still found in abundance along the streets of Old Delhi. This Nagercoil chicken curry, however, does not belong to North India but is a South Indian recipe. It is the first chicken curry that every South Indian learns to prepare when they first start cooking. This establishes that anyone can make this recipe at home irrespective of age. It is an extremely easy recipe with minimal ingredients.

The Nagercoil chicken curry is a basic chicken curry that uses the usual spices, including red chilli powder and turmeric powder, among others. The other aromatic spices used in the recipe add to its charisma and deliciousness. This recipe can be found in every South Indian household during a special occasion or even at weekend lunches or dinners.
