  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except chicken and butter. Flatten the chicken using a meat tenderiser or rolling pin. Add the pounded chicken to the bowl and season well.
  2. Add half a tablespoon of butter in a pan over a medium-high flame and let it melt. Place the seasoned chicken breast on the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown and flip it and cover with a lid. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for around 6 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
  3. Rest the chicken for 5 minutes and then cut into slices. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with salad.
