- 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tsp Crushed Ginger
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- Add chicken drumsticks and all the other ingredients to a bowl. Combine everything well until the chicken is nicely coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 450°F and place the chicken drumsticks on a tray. Cook the drumsticks for about 45 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest the chicken for at least 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with coriander and lemon wedges. Serve with mint chutney or seasoned curd.
