  1. Take a small bowl and add olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper. Give the ingredients a mix. Reserve a tablespoon of marinade.
  2. Take a sealable freezer bag. Add the marinade and salmon fillets to the bag. Seal it and turn the bag to coat the fish in the marinade. Refrigerate the fish for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Take out the fish from the freezer bag. Scrape off the excess marinade from the fish. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook them for 5-6 minutes on each side. Once done, drizzle the reserved marinade and serve hot.
