  1. Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry. Take a large bowl and add the pieces to it. Then add mayonnaise, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, white pepper, dried thyme, dried basil, onion powder, and chicken bouillon powder. Mix all the ingredients and coat the chicken pieces with the mixture.
  2. Set the oven to broil. Take a baking sheet and grease it with butter or oil. Place the chicken pieces skin down. Broil the chicken for 30 minutes. Then flip the chicken pieces and broil for another 10 minutes. Serve warm with salad or dip.
