  1. Take a grinder and put the garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, mustard paste, turmeric powder, black pepper, and green chillies into the jar.  Grind to a thick paste.
  2. Take a pan and add oil to it.
  3. Now, add the spice mix to the oil and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Once done, set it aside to cool. This is the marinade.
  5. Once it has cooled, rub some vinegar on the fish and coat it evenly with our marinade. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Now, take a wok and heat oil in it.
  7. When it is heated, place the fish in the oil and let it fry.
  8. Turn sides when one side is golden brown.
  9. Repeat the same with all the fish pieces. Turn off the heat.
  10. Place the fish on a paper towel.
  11. Serve hot!
