How to Make Delicious Mutton Korma at Home
Heat oil in a deep pan and add the sliced onions. Sauté for a few minutes until light brown. Add mutton, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red chilli powder and stir for a few minutes.
Add the roughly ground garlic-ginger, cloves, green cardamom and cinnamon sticks. Stir everything to mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on a slow flame for about 30 minutes.
Finally, add the fried onions and give it a stir. Cover again and cook for an hour or until done.
Garnish with deep-fried onion rings and serve hot with rice or naan.
You can parboil the mutton before making the korma to reduce the cooking time.
