Instructions
  1. In a clean bowl, mix all ingredients for marination.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the mixture and keep it aside for some time. Let it rest for a good 20-30 minutes.
  3. Break the eggs into a clean bowl. Add red chilli powder to the eggs. Whisk all of it together.
  4. In a pan, heat the oil on a medium flame.
  5. Dip the marinated chicken in the breadcrumbs and then the egg mixture.
  6. Deep fry it until cooked through. For the best experience, serve hot. You can serve it with a dip or chutney.
