Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken tenders and set them aside.
  2. Take another bowl and add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, egg, and gram flour. Mix it well.
  3. Now, slowly add water to the mixture and adjust the consistency accordingly.
  4. Stir to avoid any lumps.
  5. Once done, coat your stripes with this mixture very carefully and evenly.
  6. Take a wok and heat oil in it.
  7. When it is hot enough, add the strips to the oil and deep fry till it is golden brown.
  8. Flip to the other side and repeat it with all the strips.
  9. Let the strips rest on a paper towel to soak in the excess oil.
  10. Serve hot!
