Marination
  1. Score the Chicken Breasts lightly with a knife and place in a container
  2. Add the Pesto paste, Balsamic Vinegar and Salt and Sugar
  3. Mix well and keep aside for 2 hours
Cooking
  1. Heat a grill pan on low-medium heat and add the Butter. Take care not to burn the butter. Add the Italian Spice mix once the butter has melted.
  2. Add the Garlic Cloves and saute till lightly browned before adding the Cherry Tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are soft and stir lightly without smashing them
  3. Turn the heat up to medium-high and add the marinated Chicken Breasts into the pan
  4. Place the Chicken Breasts down with a spatula on both sides to form a nice crust with the pesto for about 1 minute on each side
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cook the chicken for about 10 minutes or until done
  6. Transfer to a plate and let sit for a few minutes for the flavours to settle. Garnish with parsley and serve along with pasta or artisanal bread

  1. Add the Butter, Lemon Juice and Crushed Garlic into a pan and bring to medium heat
  2. Once the butter has melted and the smell of raw garlic is gone, add the Chopped Dill into the pan and sautee for a few seconds

  1. Place a wok on a medium-high flame and add the Cooking Oil
  2. Once the oil is heated, add the Chopped Garlic and cook until the raw smell disappears
  3. Add the Carrot, French Beans, Yellow and Red Capsicum into the wok and cook until just soft
  4. Once the vegetables have softened, remove from the wok
  5. Heat Cooking Oil again. Add the Licious Sichuan Chilli Chicken into the wok and cook for about 8 minutes
  6. Add the cooked vegetables and Soy Sauce into the wok and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is properly cooked

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the Licious Goat Mince, Garlic Cloves, Italian Herb Mix and Salt
  2. Break the egg and incorporate it into the meatball mix, ensuring that all ingredients are mixed evenly
  3. With a wet hand, form circular balls in your hand out of the meatball mix. Don't make them too large or they'll risk breaking apart when frying
  4. In a large heavy-bottomed pot, heat the Cooking Oil and fry the prepared meatballs for about 10 minutes, regularly turning over until they're evenly browned
  5. Add the Readymade Pasta Sauce and Tomato Puree into the pan and gently stir, taking care not to break the meatballs
  6. Bring to the boil until the sauce starts bubbling, then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat
  7. Take off the pot off the heat and let sit for a while before serving
  8. Serve with spaghetti and garnish with grated cheese
