  1. In a pan, heat coconut oil. Now add mustard seeds.
  2. When the mustard seeds begin to sputter, add curry leaves, chilli powder, ginger, garlic, Malabar tamarind, and fenugreek powder and sautéd for a minute.
  3. Add water and mix well. Now add fish to the pan.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat until the fish is done and flaky. Add the curry leaves in and give everything a gentle stir at the end.
  5. Serve with chapati or rice.
