Instructions

  3. Add the lamb mince to it followed by chilli powder and salt. Stir the ingredients till the lamb is cooked and starts to get dry. Keep aside once done.
  4. Take a bowl and add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, and chilli paste. Mix well and set aside. 
  5. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil.
  6. Add the onions, green chilli, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute till the oil starts to separate.
  7. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Add cabbage, carrots, beans, and salt. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Add the noodles followed by the tomato, chilli, and soy sauce mixture and mutton. Stir them all properly till the sauce is well combined.
  10. Heat a separate pan and cook the beaten eggs in little oil.
  11. Add the cooked eggs to the noodles and stir-fry for a minute, till all the ingredients are well combined.
  12. Garnish with lemon juice and serve hot!
