- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt - to taste
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- ½ inch Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
- 4-5 black peppercorns
- 3-4 cloves
- dried red chillies
