- 4 Whole Quail
- 3 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 3 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp white pepper
- Start by applying a mixture of all the ingredients evenly on the quail for perfect marination.
- Put the quail meat in a bowl and add yoghurt, ginger, ground coriander, ground cumin, rice flour, garam masala, ground turmeric, chilli powder, salt, and white pepper to it.
- Mix it well.
- Keep the marinade aside for an hour, or even overnight for added taste.
- When it is ready, preheat a broiler or grill, and keep the quail meat on it.
- Keep on flipping it from time to time to cook evenly.
- Brush on the remaining marinade.
- Keep on cooking till the meat turns brown and crispy and perfect for your dinner table.
- Serve hot.
