Instructions
  1. Marinate the prawns with ginger, garlic and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix all other ingredients with yogurt and make a paste. Add the prawns to the paste and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a nonstick pan or a grill pan. Spread out the prawns around the pan, making sure you don’t crowd the pan too much.
  4. Cook on medium high heat, flipping occasionally until cooked, 7-10 minutes. Baste as required.
Ways to enjoy:
  1. Rest the cooked prawn pieces for 5 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Combine oil, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, lime zest and juice, and garlic in a medium shallow dish. Season to taste. Add prawns and toss. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a greased barbecue plate on medium-high heat. Using tongs, remove prawns from marinade and grill on a grill pan, turning occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until pink and just cooked through.
