  3. Boil water in a pan, add yeast, sugar, and salt, and boil for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the water to the mixture and mix well. Ferment the mixture for 8 hours.
  5. Take a non-stick pan, spread the mixture in a thick round shape, and cook on both sides until they are light brown

  10. Pour the contents into a deep pan. Add salt, pepper, and coriander leaves, and stir.
