Instructions
  1. In a microwave bowl, coat the fillets with vegetable oil and microwave the fish for 5 minutes. Set aside
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp mustard oil and add onions. Fry till they turn golden brown
  3. Add garlic and ginger and saute for about 3 minutes
  4. Add the cumin, coriander, red chilli, Kashmiri red chilli, and turmeric powders along with salt and sugar. Cook the ingredients well
  5. Add the fish, dried mango powder, green chillies, and garam masala and mix properly. Turn off the gas and allow it to cool. Mash once cool with hands (if required)
  6. Divide the filling into portions in the shape of a log
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to fry
  8. In another bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper.
  9. Beat the eggs mixed with salt and pepper in another bowl
  10. Coat the logs with seasoned flour, followed by eggs, and lastly, the breadcrumb
  11. Dip each log carefully into the hot oil and deep-fry till brown
  12. Serve hot with sauce and salad
