Instructions
  1. Apply ½ tsp salt on the squid rings and keep aside.
  2. Make a batter with maida, rice flour, pepper powder, turmeric powder, egg, ½ tsp salt and 100 ml water. Add the squid rings to the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai on medium. Drop the squid rings into the oil and fry for about 1 ½ minutes or till done. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot!
