- 2 tbsp fresh coriander

- Take the fish and coat it with salt and turmeric.
- Take a pan and add mustard oil. Fry the fish on each side. Set it aside.
- Now, add nigella, red chillies, and mustard paste to the pan.
- Add some water.
- Add all the spices including turmeric, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Saute it well.
- Add hot water.
- Now, add green chillies and add the cooked fish.
- Put on a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
