Instructions
  1. Dry roast the dried chillies and peppercorns in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Remove it from the heat and combine it with the coconut, 7-8 shallots, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, sliced mango, and turmeric.
  2. Add them, along with a splash of water, to the mixer grinder jar.
  3. To get a thick ground masala, grind it with a little water.
  4. Heat a pan with coconut oil after the paste is ready.
  5. Combine the remaining shallots with the curry leaves. Stir in the ground coconut curry after a minute.
  6. Season with salt, cover it and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the old and return it to a boil with a cup of water.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the fish.
  8. Cook until the fish is done, stirring occasionally. Add more raw mango to make it sourer.
  9. Serve the dish immediately with steaming plain rice.
