Instructions
  1. In a wok, heat oil. Add garlic and ginger paste. Saute for a minute.
  2. Now, add the onions and cook till they turn golden brown.
  3. Add in the tomato puree. Mix well.
  4. Now, add the spices including red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Mix well.
  6. Add the chicken pieces and coat them with the mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  7. If it dries out, add a splash of water.
  8. Now, add the mint leaves, amchur, coriander leaves, and salt to the mixture.
  9. Take off heat and set aside.
  10. Let's focus on the roti wrap now. For that, you need to combine all the roti ingredients and knead them together to make a soft dough.
  11. Make 6 balls out of the dough and roll them out. Cook on both sides on a tawa.
  12. Once done, take a frying pan and add oil. Now add the roti and fry it gently on both sides. Remove it from heat.
  13. Now add the beaten eggs and let them cook before you add the roti on top.
  14. Once the egg is cooked through, remove the roti from heat. Repeat for all wraps.
  15. Next, you need to assemble it. Place the roti and add the chicken pieces in a straight line.
  16. Add vinegar, onion, chaat masala, and green chillies on top. Fold into a wrap.
